Danielle Boucher, Founder

Danielle originally from the East Coast, moved to Los Angeles in 2004 where she held management positions with multiple location experience in the Beauty, Fitness, and Retail industries. She was the GM of Hairroin Salon Inc. from 2013-2018. In 2014 she project managed the opening of Hairroin Salon's 2nd location in NYC. She created and implemented systems to manage the NYC location remotely from Los Angeles, CA. As a result of Danielle's business management skills, Hairroin Salon was named one of the fastest growing businesses by INC Magazine in 2017. She started Back Office Nerd as a side gig when she began helping her friend, remotely from LA, with bookkeeping & SOP for her restaurants in New Hampshire. Missing her New England Roots, she moved to CT in November 2017. Having realized her passion and strengths were helping small business owners with operational development she turned Back Office Nerd into a full time gig! She understands the intricacies of running small businesses and has a passion for sharing that knowledge. From Salons, Karate Schools, Retail Boutiques, Restaurants, to Mobile Dojos...
